VMI APEXER Advanced Maintenance Electrical & Software Training

The aim of the VMI APEXER Advanced Maintenance Electrical & Software Training is to provide your maintenance electrical software staff with better understanding of the various modules to maximize the installations uptime. We utilize a combination of hands-on training, lectures, and advanced real-life troubleshooting cases. Includes but not limited to PLC diagnostics, electro-mechanical aspects, and calibrations.

Target group

This course is intended for electrical and software technicians with working experience on the applicable machine.

Required prior knowledge

• Participants must have basic electrical and software skills and knowledge of organizing maintenance work.
• Participants must have basic knowledge of the English language. If this is not the case, we expect you to arrange an technical interpreter to be available during the training.

Assessment methods

During the training, the trainers will administer formative tests to participants.

A handout will be provided.

Duration of the course

The duration of the training is 6 days. The VMI APEXER Advanced Maintenance Mechanical Training and VMI APEXER Advanced Maintenance Electrical & Software Training can be combined in 7 days. The first day of both courses have the same content.

Number of participants

We advise a maximum of 4 participants per training.

Location

The training will take place at your own plant with your own machine. Specific requirements will be discussed with the trainer.
