VMI TPCS Advanced Maintenance Mechanical Training

The aim of the VMI TPCS Advanced Maintenance Mechanical Training is to provide your mechanical maintenance staff with the necessary skills to perform alignments, adjustments, preventive and corrective maintenance.

Target group

This course is intended for mechanical technicians with working experience on the applicable machine.

Required prior knowledge

• Participants must have basic mechanical skills and knowledge of organizing maintenance work.
• Participants must have basic knowledge of the English language. If this is not the case, we expect you to arrange an technical interpreter to be available during the training.

Assessment methods

During the training, the trainers will administer formative tests to participants.

Student materials

A handout will be provided.

Duration of the course

The duration of the training is 2 days. The VMI TPCS Advanced Maintenance Mechanical Training and VMI TPCS Advanced Maintenance Electrical & Software Training can be combined in 5 days. The first day of both courses have the same content.

Number of participants

We advise a maximum of 4 participants per training.

Location

The training will take place at your own plant with your own machine. Specific requirements will be discussed with the trainer.
