VMI MAXX Expert Vision Training

The aim of the VMI MAXX Expert Vision Training is to provide your maintenance electrical and software staff with knowledge and skills to maintain and optimize your VMI PIXXEL systems. Optimal utilization of VMI Vision systems results in improved performance in all key areas in tire building. In this training we utilize a combination of hands-on training, lectures, and advanced real-life troubleshooting cases. Training topics include calibrations, validations, and data interpretation.

Target group

• This course is intended for electrical and software technicians
• This course is beneficial for both your new maintenance employees who haven’t received prior training, and your current staff to increase their knowledge and capabilities

Required prior knowledge

• Participants must have basic electrical and software skills.
• Prior experience with VMI PIXXEL systems is not required.
• Your plant must have followed an entire advanced VMI MAXX training
• Participants must have basic knowledge of the English language. If this is not the case, we expect you to arrange an technical interpreter to be available during the training.

Assessment methods

During the training, the trainers will administer formative tests to participants.

The duration of the training is 4 days.

We advise a maximum of 4 participants per training.

Location

The training will take place at your own plant with your own machine or at a VMI facility. Specific requirements will be discussed with the trainer.
