The Advanced Training covers everything that the mechanical and electrical and software personnel should know or do after the first month of operation with the machine. Topics discussed during the training cover advanced procedures such as parameter optimization, quality improvement, troubleshooting and maintenance. Each participant receives a certificate of participation. Certified participants will be registered at VMI. We recommend repeating the Advanced Training frequently, to stimulate continued growth of your personnel.
The aim of the VMI MAXX Operator Training is to provide your operators with the skills and knowledge to improve and enhance the production and quality of the end product. The training consists mostly of hands-on operation at the machine.
The aim of the VMI MAXX Advanced Maintenance Mechanical Training is to provide your mechanical maintenance staff with the necessary skills to perform alignments, adjustments, preventive and corrective maintenance.
The aim of the VMI MAXX Advanced Maintenance Electrical & Software Training is to provide your maintenance electrical and software staff with better understanding of the various modules to maximize the installations uptime.
