Designed with the same care as the ACE family, our VMI Profiler embossing system enhances your cotton pad production with decorative 3D patterns. By embossing the cotton pads, your final product looks great and is much more stable. Embossing also increases the value of the cotton pads on the shelves.
Placed between the unwinding system and punching machine, the VMI Profiler is the only embossing machine available with two positions for engraved rolls, so you can quickly switch between patterns. The VMI Profiler embossing system can be placed in front of any punching system on the market.
Enhance your cotton pad production with 3D patterns, by using the VMI Profiler embossing system. The VMI Profiler embosses a decorative pattern to the cotton web before cotton pads are punched in any cotton pad punching and packaging machine.
The cotton web roll is inserted into the VMI Profiler and a heated roll engraved with a decorative 3D pattern embosses the pattern onto the web. By embossing the cotton pads, your final product looks more attractive and is much more stable.
