The VMI Can hot water boiler (900 kW) is designed to heat the chemical wash stages and can heat up to 90 degrees Celsius.
Space always plays an important role in the floor area available in a boiler room, therefore the VMI Can hot water boiler has been designed to only use a limited floor space. Important technical requirements such as a low NOx emission and a high efficiency through a large heated surface however seemingly contradict this. The VMI Can hot water boiler combines these requirements with a very compact and light design. As a result of the excellent heat transfer in the heat exchanger, very high efficiencies can be obtained, reducing gas consumption to a minimum.
The VMI Can hot water heater is needed to ensure the water in heated chemical stages (pre-wash, wash and treatment) will have the right temperature.
This hot water boiler is suitable for working with return water temperatures from 30 degree Celsius to 90 degree Celsius. The heat transfer in the heat exchanger achieves efficiencies over 100% and is therefore a high efficiency boiler.
